Horror is such a genre that for some people it’s a passion and for others, well, they can’t even bear to watch trailers. Sure, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Not everyone has to like the genre. But it’s just like, some nights demand horror! Especially if those nights are the countdown days for Halloween. If you are determined to spend the nights of Samhain without sleep, here are the best horror tv series that will make you thrill.

The Haunting of Hill House (IMDb – 8.6)

It’s impossible not to get nervous while watching The Haunting of Hill House! The series won the admiration of those who are not interested in this category and those who love horror. Five siblings, who grew up in a cursed house and parted ways, are reunited after a tragedy. Because the curse of the Hill House has never left them. The Haunting of Hill House’s anthology sequel The Haunting of Bly Manor is also worth watching. The horror-drama synthesis, music and atmosphere of the series will draw you in.

Hannibal (IMDb – 8.5)

When Will Graham, a specialist FBI agent, has no information on a criminal, he decides to seek help from psychiatrist Hannibal Lecter. The show hilariously explores the mundane aspects of being a centuries-old vampire trying to fit into modern society. Before the hit TV series, there was the original “What We Do In The Shadows” movie, directed by Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement. This New Zealand mockumentary comedy film serves as the foundation for the series and follows a group of vampire flatmates living in Wellington.

Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story (IMDB – 8.2)

Dahmer, created and directed by Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan, is about the crimes committed between 1978 and 1991 by the serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. After Henry’s sudden appearance, one wonders where he has been for so many years and what he has been through. But Henry can’t remember anything.

Marianne (IMDB – 7.4)

This delightful French horror series tells the story of Emma Larismon, who fled the town of Elden, where she lived with her family, to settle in Paris and became a successful horror writer. Emma always says that she writes about the nightmares she had as a child. But when she returns to Elden Town to follow the tragic events of his past and face his nightmares she finds out that the evil spirit that plagues her dreams is also there in real life.

The Midnight Club (IMDB – 7.0)

In a dormitory for terminally ill teenagers, members of a private club make a chilling deal. The first to die will send a sign from the other world. The new series of by Flanagan and Leah Fong is an adaptation of Christopher Pike’s teen novel. Consists of 10 episodes and each episode are like a whole movie! By the way, The Midnight Club entered the Guinness Book of Records with its 21 jump scare in a single episode.
